The experience was good, quick and easy. Doctor was very nice. The amount was half of what I have been paying at my other physician. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. I will be using compassionate care In the future for my recertification needs.

Great doctors, helpful staff, efficient ,easy, and pretty basic. I plan to refer anyone who asks me about getting a card to this office. I am very pleased with the care and understanding they have for and towards patients.

Everything from the initial phone call with all of the customer reps on the phone up to my video call with Dr. Y was a smooth and delightful experience . Everybody seemed to genuinely care about your feelings and emotions and actually took the time to listen. Video call with Dr. Y was great and he is one of the most pleasant physicians I have ever spoke with seems to truly have a compassion and true care for people. Its great having a Dr. who understands and appreciates the benefits. Top notch in that regard, however they do seem to like to get appointments done early, so plan accordingly...if your appointment is at 2pm be prepared for a call 30 mins early... Both my appointments went this way, and from others I've spoken too it seems to be the norm. That's the only thing holding back the final star...can be an inconvenience if you try and schedule your day around the appointment.

Compassionate Care makes getting my yearly certification very easy. The staff and Doctor are very helpful and do a great job assisting with setting up a video conference - especially with people who are not tech savy, like my Mother! They are great at setting up appointments and reminders as well. The doctor is very knowledgeable and personable.I would recommend them to anyone looking for certification!
